Project Managers have a very pro-active approach to all elements of managing projects.

Chair, minute and circulate minutes for all Client and Design Team meetings; and contractor meetings during construction stage.

Prepare outline project programme and aide in preparation of outline project budget.

Negotiate fees with all consultants and over see the completion of all consultant appointments and form of collateral warranties to the satisfaction of the client’s legal advisors.

Put in place a means to manage change throughout the project to make sure that there is complete accountability for any potential additional costs, and that potential additional costs are reported well in advance of their occurrence so that the cost can be avoided if possible.

Prepare monthly Project Management reports for the client to update on the progress of all issues with the project.

Liaise with all parties required, in agreement with the client.

Provide all and any information necessary to project funding bodies in a client controlled manner.
